Is the Global Food System inherently bad?

may remake our troubled world in modest and valuable ways.” Hinnrichs 2000.
Is the Local Food System necessarily good?
Taste Education: Global/Local Taste the organic carrot from

Edgewater. What are your thoughts? Repeat the same exercise with the
