Accessing your school student’s information has never been this easier

You can locate a student's record by typing the student's admission number or any of the student's names on the “Search Text Box” provided.

If you recognize the student's face, you can easily retrieve that student's record using the “Picture Search Tool” provided.

The same features that exist on the Students' Records page are also applicable to the Workers' Records page.

Teachers' and principal officers' signatures can be scanned and uploaded to School Model. This enables computerized signature signing on report sheets.

Important information like Employment details and Qualifications/Certificates are also captured in the program

Class/Subject(s) teaching is not exempted if such worker is a teaching staff.

Worker’s information also include automated pay slip generated each month which allow staff to see breakdown of what they are paid for.

Income Report

A Payment Item or Payment Particular is simply a service or item which students can pay for. Examples are Tuition, Boarding, School Uniform, Books, Games, Examination, Medical Services and etcetera. This report displays all payments made so far, by students in the specified class within the specified date interval, arranged by class. The report can also be arranged by date if specified.

All debtors Report

The report displays the information of all students that are owing a particular amount in any of the selected payment items (Boarding, Books, Examination, Games, Medical Services, School Uniform and Tuition). It also displays the amount paid and the balance for each debtor in each payment item, thereby enabling you to send an auto-generated School Fees Balance SMS Notification to each parent respectively, all at once, in a single click of a button.

All Non debtors Report

The report displays the information of all students that are NOT owing for any of the selected payment items (Boarding, Books, Examination, Games, Medical Services, School Uniform and Tuition). It also displays all the payments that they have made.

Total Payment Report

The report displays the information of each student (owing or not owing), the total amount he/she is expected to pay in the specified term (i.e. Total Due), the total amount that has so far being paid and the total balance to be paid for that term. From this report we can know the total payment made from each class and the total balance we are expecting from each class.

ACADEMIC RECORDS MANAGER

This handle all academic records of students from continuous assessment (CA) to examination scores

Grades for Character development, Practical skills are also entered here.

Number of times school, sport and other activities held each term are also captured in Academic Record Manager.

To generate a report sheet, all that is required is enter data for CA (continuous assessment - or as the case maybe) and exams. The rest of the process is completely automated.

Termly report sheet is generated with a just a click of the mouse.

The report heading (logo, name & address) can be made invisible on any report if the report is to be printed on your school’s colorful letterhead papers.

All signatures and remarks are computerized on this report and all lines and columns can be resized to your desired specification

Annual Report sheet

The All-Terms-In-One (Annual) Report displays student’s records in a detailed manner. It lists out student’s scores in all continuous assessments tests for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Term on the same report and it enables parents/guardians to follow the process of computations from 1st to 3rd term in a single report.

This report can be issued to parents at the end of each session along side the Student’s 3rd Term Report Sheet.

Pupil/Student Statistical Report

This report provides the statistical analysis of a student’s academic performance in a given session. The first chart compares the Class Average and the Best Score in each subject with the score obtained by a student in each subject.

The second chart compares the overall aggregate score of a student with that of the best performed and the least performed student in the class.

The third chart shows the Grade Count of students in each subject.

The fourth chart uses the second (2nd) order polynomial regression to forecast the performance of a student for the next term based on the previous and current overall performance of such student. It also computes the forecasting accuracy of its past prediction.

Subject Statistical Report

The first chart is a multiple bar chart that shows the total number of students who have obtained each grade in a subject

The second chart is a line graph that shows the score obtained by each student in a subject in the order of aggregate position. This chart also shows the mean (class average) represented by the red line, median represented by the orange line and the standard deviation by a light pink range.

The Standard Deviation of a subject in a particular class is the measure of how far from or how close to the Class Average the score of each student is in that subject. The lower the Standard Deviation of a subject, the more competitive a class is in that subject. This report can be for administrative use.

Subject Report

This report provides information about the general performance of students in a particular subject order by grade. It also contains the grading information statistics.

With this report, it is easier to identify the student that is leading or having the highest score or grade in a particular subject and also identify those that are lagging in performance. This report should be for administrative use.

PAYROLL SYSTEM REPORT

School Model enables you to store all income and deductions applicable to each worker in order to generate a detailed Salary Payment Voucher for each worker. No matter how complicated the description of the income or deduction is, it can be stored.

The salary voucher report describes all the stored income and deduction items applicable to each worker along with such worker's net payment for the specified date interval.

Salary Payment Voucher

The pay-slip of each worker is updated to reflect all Income descriptions (such as basic pay and allowances) and all deduction descriptions (such as tax and loans). The Salary Voucher report generator uses the information provided to calculate the Gross Income, Total Deductions and Net Pay of each worker over a specified period of weeks/months.

Each Salary Voucher is generated in duplicate. The original copy is to be issued to each worker while the duplicate copy is to be filed. Each copy provides a column for the signature of the corresponding worker and hence the duplicate copy, when filed, serves as an evidence of payment to that worker.

EXPENDITURE PROCESSOR

All possible expenditure items are entered in the program.

This ensure that all expenditures are properly document for accounting purpose

A receipt is generated and printed automatically each time expenditure item(s) is saved
