Library Mission

The mission of the Mohammed VI Library is to provide access to information resources to the University community and to other researchers to enhance learning, teaching and research activities at Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane.

The Library provides a growing collection of print and electronic resources, and actively engages faculty and students, and staff through various outreach activities, information literacy workshops and trainings that are designed to enrich their learning, teaching and research experiences.

Library Outreach Definition

“Outreach is the process whereby a library service investigates the activities of the community it serves and becomes fully involved in supporting community, activities, whether or not centered on library premises.” (Anderson, 2010).
