Looking back at your preliminary task (the continuity editing task), what do you feel you

have learnt in the progression from it to full product?

The 180 degree rule is used so people can determine the different characters that are talking just from the change in the scene.

This wouldn’t be a real example of this rule because the video only contains two uses of the incident and the clip is only around forty seconds long, however the use of these could still be counted.

However during this the quality would not have been as good because someone filmed this using a phone and it was handheld so it would be shaky and the quality would be bad because of the number of pixels would be lower and so the overall quality would be lower than the final film opening.

In the final video there is a similar use of the 180 degree rule however it is only slight and done in two different scenes.

The shot from behind the door when he is leaving the house and the shot looking at him coming out of the door and so it is only a short viewing and the scene is also at an angle.

There was a better quality in the film opening, there was no more shaking because a tripod was used and the quality is also better because there is a better quality video that is used because there is a camera rather than a mobile phone.
