The mission The internship can entail following: PCR reaction DNA electrophoresis Cloning Microorganisms cultivation Protein overexpression, purification, quantifications (SDS-PAGE, BCA assays, Bradford assay) Enzymatic assays Biotransformations Buffer and Media preparation Data evaluation Your profile Very good written and oral English Know-how in different analytical techniques like PCR, DNA and protein gel electrophoresis, enzymatic assays preparations Willingness to work and to gain knowledge Good communication skills Ability to work independently Good command on MS Office (Word, Excel) Offer We offer a very international and dynamic working environment, which is strongly results oriented. Our research organization is located in Graz (Austria). Graz is accessible by public transportation, offers many cultural attractions and events and is a great starting point in the mountains. The offer is addressed to students of 3 rd ,4 th or 5 th academic year, who can go under the LLP Erasmus Program. No additional payment is granted. We can provide assistance for looking for accommodation in Graz, but we do not cover costs for accomodation. We ensure all needed equipment in laboratory and internal trainings.
