I would say that Microso1 expects its graduates to be able to work under ambiguous circumstances, and this is where cri;cal thinking is needed so as to best assess a new scenario and not just proceed as per the status quo. I feel that this was an skill, championed through the course, and one that is vital for the progression of graduates throughout their careers. Patrick McGarry -‐ Business Analyst, Microso1 (Alumni 2014)

What I liked most was the mixture of prac;cal concepts and their sociological and philosophical founda;ons. I directly apply many of the methods within my work in IT-‐strategy, and the founda;ons I’ve learned help me to beXer understand our organiza;on, partners and customers. I'm s;ll finding the programme incredibly helpful in work, especially the focus on innova;ve methods (IDEO method cards, etc.) and design thinking. So, thank you again for these classes!
