Why would I want to visit germany?

• It was one of the places in Europe I had never been before.

• I have learnt so much about German history in school, so I wanted to see and hear this side of history from a German perspective not just the Irish opinion on the wars etc.

• I have heard so much about how Germany in the news etc about how the are lending Ireland money and all that so I wanted to go to the country myself.

• I wanted to learn some of the German language.
