History

We did this because a massive Earthquake hit Haiti, a country that had nothing to begin with lost whatever else was left leaving many people there without the basic necessities of life.

It is important because how we treat the least of us is how we are judge no matter what religion you look at the basic tenet of just about every religion of the world revolves around helping others who need help.

Our goals were to gather what we could to send to these people to help them out in any way we could.

Community Benefits

Well this breaks down into at least two specific groups, the Haitians and Us here in Arkansas.

The Haitians are receiving basic necessities of life. And we are introducing ourselves to them as your neighbors to the north not the soldiers with the guns but the individuals.

Future ProjectsThere is a need for a community organization

disaster relief center not the Red Cross, but local it may not have a huge Global impact but a small organization that shows up and hits the ground running, showing the others as they get there where what is needed would be huge and could garner the school great credit and recognition if they took charge and led in the development of this.
