A peek from the

Navigation bar will show

you the events scheduled

for a single day.

When you move your mouse pointer

over an appointment on your

calendar you will get a peek at the

details.

You can easily add a new city to the Weather bar.

In the Outlook Options

window you can set

work time options and

even add holidays to

your calendar.

Working with Appointments

Appointments can be

scheduled for a time period

within one day, or…

… for an entire day

or days.

Appointments are only on your calendar.

You can also choose how to

display the appointment.

Check here and the

appointment will be

all day.

Enter the subject, location,

date, and time here.

Double-click an appointment to open it for editing.

Edit the appointment and then click Save and Close to

save the changes.

Change the date, time,

and/or location,

and write special notes.

Working with Meetings

Meetings affect your calendar and attendees’

calendars.

Attendees can accept or decline meeting invitations.

The Appointment tab becomes the Meeting tab.

Recurring Appointments

Recurring appointments are those that repeat on a

regular basis, such as daily, weekly, and monthly.

You can edit one or all appointments in a series.

Multiple views: Day, Week, Month

Day is the default view.

Day view displays all appointments for the day.
