performance

Financial measures:

Expenditure, cost of labour, cost of buildings/equipment,cost of energy use, adherence to budget, cash flow,revenue collected.

Non-financial measures:

Absenteeism, staff turnover, % of admin staff to front-linestaff, budget processing time, complaints, environmentalimpact, call centre performance.
