PROJECT BACKGROUND Alhassad International School in Amman, Jordan participated in a virtual exchange program hosted by Global Nomads Group. As part of the program, our school collaborated with a charity group in Sudan to develop solutions to the challenges our communities face.

We decided to address the problem of Poverty To do this, we collected money, clothes, food etc....... to help reduce poverty.

PURPOSEPoverty is a serious issue as millions of people die every day from it. We wanted to plant the happiness of eid, a religious holiday in which we buy new clothes, so that everybody can taste happiness.

Page 4: Poverty

PROCESSWe started collecting money food and clothes from different students and contributers. Then we contacted the charity in sudan and confirmed our charity. We still didnt finish collecting as we decided to contribute more. We will ship our charity to sudan soon.

CHALLENGES What were some challenges you faced?

It is somehow costly to ship as it was in sudan, especially that we had a large amount of donations.
