Our location for our shoot will take place at Bethan's house In Leicester as we need the backdrop of a house for most of our music video There are several scenes where the women and his wife are at home which is why we have decided to use a realistic and relevant background setting..

Why It’s A Suitable Location For The Scene

We have chosen Bethans house for our location, which is where we will take shots for our scene at the woman and her husbands house. We have chosen Bethans house for the location of our shooting because it is the closest house to our college so that we can all go round to shoot in our free lessons and there are lots of different places to film. For example the house is in the right context of our music video and it is available whenever we need it.

Opening Times:The location is available and open whenever we need it as we know the person we who lives there. This makes the location more flexible and easy for us to use.

Power Sources At The Location

There are lots power sources for our equipment (eg.cammera) and are dotted around the rooms we will be using. The power sources are obstructed by different household furniture so we may have to make room to get to them by removing some of them. We will try and charge my equipment before we go to the venue so that I don’t have to move all of the furniture to plug my equipment in. Also by charging our equipment before we get to the venue it will have time at the venue as we wont have to move all the chairs and tables to plug our equipment in. The equipment we are going to be using has been safety checked by BOA and is safe to use in a public venue.

Lighting Issues At The Location

Although the lighting at the venue is bright it is not set. We can not set the light to how we want so we will have to edit it in Final Cut Pro later or add in our own lighting but it wont be professional done like I will be in the studio. By adding in our own lighting it will more time consuming than going to a professional studio where the lights are already there and can be set quick and easy to how we want the mood of the scene to be. Overall it is a bright, light venue and we are able to take good shots and edited them later.
