Make sure the actors are aware of all the potential ricks and the dangerous type of equipment that is involved. As I am the producer, I am responsible for any injury to my actors. Health & Safety There will be a healthy and safety check in the classroom for the green screen, the drama studio, my house, the fields and the area around London. Check with staff that these locations are safe to use. Clean by house before I start filming, and move and set up the equipment with care with regards to my actors and any other people involved with the filming. Check and visit the fields and the area around London before I film. I am responsible. Damage to Equipment Equipment could overheat (e.g. the lights) or other parts of equipment could fall over and break. Take extra care when setting up the equipment, and taking it down. Place it responsibly and think about where my actor will be during the filming. I am responsible, as well as staff that allowed me to borrow the equipment.
