KABIR JI

First we will tell you about Kabir ji:Kabir was a man of God, a lover of the Lord. Having attained the highest form of spiritual experience, which is God-realization, he was fully competent to guide others on the path.

Kabir longing for the Lord was the longing of a lover for her Beloved. Kabir has described himself as the ‘bride of the Lord’, ‘the wife of Ram’.

some of his sayings are-

"If he tries to find himself he finds God and if he tries to find God he finds himself."I have made Him My companion Who is beyond pleasure and pain; I will revel with Him, I will merge with Him and never be parted again”.

The meaning of the saying is that god is within us.

SAYINGS OF KABIR JI

"let no one go searching for Him, still your mind, meditate on Him, for He, Ram, fills each particle of the creation”.

The meaning of the saying is don’t go searching for god because god fills every particle of the world. God even fills you and god is within us.

Kabir says that one who is born to a human father through a human mother cannot be perfect, anything of this world is imperfect.

This means that everything in this world is imperfect and nothing can be perfect.

The Divine is within and without, one can realize Him within himself and at the same time see Him everywhere all around, this can only be possible by one who has realized Him. Not confined to Idols, symbols nor does He dwell on snow capped peaks, nor dwell in churches, temples and mosques, The Kingdom of God is within.

This means that god is inside and outside. God is everywhere but this is only possible by those who have realized him. God is not in symbols mountains churches, temples, mosques. The GOD IS WITHIN US.

GURU NANAK JI Now we will tell you something about guru nanak : Guru Nanak was a reformer. He strongly protested

against formalism and ritualism. He carried the message of peace and of love to everybody. He was very liberal in his views.

guru nanak ji explained five stages of spiritual upliftment

1.dharam khand. 2.gian khand. 3.saram khand. 4.karam khand. 5. such khand.

There is only one God, who is known by different names in different religions.

This means that there is only one god who is known by different names in the world like allah,waheguru,bhagwan etc.

Saying of Guru Nanak Ji

Don't get scared of anything and just keep performing good deeds.

This means that in whichever situation you are bad or good keep performing good deeds(karma,punya).don’t get scared by anyone.

Va Chakko: Sharing with others, helping those with less who are in need.

This means always help those who have less than you.

Kirat Karo: Earning/making a living honestly, without exploitation or fraud.

This means that earn money without fraud and live honestly.

Naam Japna: Chanting the Holy Name and thus remembering God at all times.

This means Remember god and always chant the name of god.
