It is a large caldera where people of Saint Lucia and San Bartolom de Tirajana are located. This place is considered an area of great scenic unique because it combines the sheer relief of the territory.

The ravine of Tirajana has an area of 76 square meters it is very big and colorful

FORTRESS DE ANSITE

It is located in the Barranco de Tirajana in the municipality of Santa Luca de Tirajana (Gran Canaria) .It is an example of a fortified settlement. Its eastern side has a number of natural caves upgraded and other artificially carved caves where homes, funeral homes and silos are observed.

An old folk legend attributes the origin of the name to two giants who lived in the boiler shoots and Jana. Jana Strip killed a rock and, realizing, in a cry of pain escaped her soul by mouth, both being buried in the place known today as "Giant's Grave".
