WHAT DOES THIS

SHOW?

This shows me that a mixture of colours was most popular

within all age groups.

16 year olds however prefer to have Red as the main

colour for the magazine front cover.

The colours I got ‘0’ for are not on the graph; these are

Yellow, Grey, Light Green and neons.

WHAT DOES THIS SHOW?

The topic that is most popular is Real Life Stories, closely

followed by Celebrities and Gossip. This could be biased as I

asked more girls than boys.

News and politics got no votes so wasn’t included on my

graph.

I also concluded that 16 year old would like a range of

topics within the magazine.

WHAT DOES THIS

SHOW?

This shows that just over half of the 16 year olds I asked

want the magazine to have mixed sections whereas the 19

year old would rather the magazine have 2 separate gender

specific halves.

In addition, it is more favourable for the magazine to be

mixed.

80% of 16 year olds want 2 pictures on the magazine front

cover.

1, 5 and 6+ all got 0 votes during my questionnaire.

This shows that students are the most popular for the front

cover of the magazine.

Teachers, Stationary and the playground all got 0 votes so

were not included on my chart.

Celebrities is the second popular with 5 votes and the

Sixth Form with 1.

WHAT DOES THIS

SHOW?

This shows that half of the votes for 16 year olds are for

OK! Magazine. Also, 50% of the votes from the 19 year old

category was for OK! This therefore becomes the magazine

that is read mostly by my Target Audience.

Inside Soap, Q, Mens Fitness, Elle, and Vogue are all

magazines that none of my target audience read.
