• Accuracy- faithful measurement or representation of the truth.

• Balance- The balance of facts and opinions.

• Impartiality- freedom from bias or favoritism.

• Objectivity- a fact as in what is seen.

• Subjectivity- an opinions based on what you see and believe.

• Opinion- The judgment of which the mind forms of persons or things; estimation.

• Bias- one-sided argument, director will show his opinions through facts.

• Representation- The action or an instance of representing or being represented.

• Access-Gain, examine, or retrieve some kind of data or a file.

• Privacy-having your own space with out being in the public eye.

• Contact with viewer- Help viewer to relate to what your trying to put across to them.

3 Controversial Documentaries

• “Super Size Me”

This documentary is about a man going on a journey on eating fast food everyday for a certain period of time. The point the man is trying to put across is that fast food is bad for you and shows you how it can effect you as a person and your body. This documentary is shown to be bias.

• “Who Killed the Electric Car?”

This documentary is investigating about electrical cars, how they work and why people are not using them. This documentary is shown to be opinion as they are trying to convince you why electric cars are bad for you.

• “Trouble the Water”

Trouble the Water lets you inside Hurricane Katrina in a way never before seen on screen, this shows you how survives of the event has coped and how they manages to survive such a horrific event. This documentary contains accuary due to interviews with the real survivors of the event.
