We ask for a Job Specification
template to be completed detailing the role you would
like to fill.
This includes a section for “future
prospects”. This enables us to match
their aspirations with yours.
We assess and interview the
applicants suitability, based on your specification.
We then present candidates who fit
your requirements as a recommendation
for interview.
