Why Do We Get Into Relationships?
Witnessed Recently A woman asked her husband “What color do you
want?”
He said “I like the white one”
“Well,” she responded, “You’re not getting that, so pick again.”
Her tone was so sharp, that I was taken aback. He walked away.
I See This Everyday Women are raised with a lack of respect for men.
Sitcoms portray women as always right; men as always the “screw-up.”
Women’s magazines promote getting what you want from him.
We’re told that men need to be trained & that we can (and should) change him, as if that’s the loving thing to do.
Are Men Really So Different From Women? They’re not emotional?
They’re not thoughtful?
They’re not intelligent?
They’re not hard-working? Or ambitious?
They’re incapable of dressing themselves? Or grooming?
They’re incapable of running a household?
They’re unable to do things unless we make a list for them?
