Our Guidelines at CVHS All images should come from copyright friendly sources

that either provide explicit WRITTEN permission for us to use the photos at no charge OR photos that have a

Creative Commons license.

Provide image attribution (giving credit to the source) on a slide, in a document, or in a multimedia Works Cited page.

Pay attention to the Creative Common license—for some photos, you may not alter the original work. The library

staff can help you make this determination if you think you may want to tweak the image with a photo editing tool.
