Be healthy, Be happy!

HEALTHY LIVING

To have a healthy life, we shouldn’t:

Eat sweets and fats;

Eat large quantaties of food;

Drink many sodas;

Practise too much sports;

Eat in front of the TV;

Eat too many snacks between meals;

Be a “couch potato”;

Eat our meals alone;

Smoke and drink alcohol.

Instead, we should:

Do exercise;

Eat healthy food;

Eat several times a day in small quan-taties;

Have a balanced diet;

Brush our teeth everyday;

Drink a lot of water;

Always have a good breakfast;

Eat at regular times;

Sleep a minimum of 8 hours a day;

Eat our meals with someone, so we don’t eat too much.
