Situated on Cuba Street, in the heart of Wellington’s CBD in an unused and under-designed area, our Urban dining , ‘green’ space, ‘green’ dining) will become a hub of activity to dwell, eat, socialize and rest - a place to encourage (spark, feed,) conversation and act upon sustainable living. Education will come in the form of collective knowledge, sharing of information, through the act of growing, picking, preparing, cooking, eating and disposing, and through time based events.

2 Compostable: A product that is compostible is one that can be mixed into a composition of biodegradable materials, and which eventually turns into a usable material such a natural fertiliser. Biodegradable materials are those that break own naturally in the environment when they are disposed of, and turn back into natural raw materials.
