Pre Medical Courses

Uzhhorod National University is the states cheapest and the best university for the higher

across the globe and its main aim is to distribute the medical education among the students who

Uzhhorod National University Pre-Medical courses prepare the students to join medical schools.

These courses aims to provide the overview information of medical courses before a student

apply to become medical student. The students on a pre-medical track are allowed to choose any

undergraduate medical course. These courses allow the students to register from around the

world regardless of their educational system of their home country.

We warmly welcome the fresher students who want to continue their studies at the Uzhhorod

National Medical University in Ukraine. The time period of the course is around one year and if

completed successfully, a diplomatic certificate will be provided to the student. The students

from science background have the advantage in taking admission in pre-medical courses.

Uzhhorod National Medical University pre-medical courses are designed in a way that the

student can easily prepares them for the entrance exam of the medical university. The course

faculty’s members build a friendly relationship with the pre-medical students and the faculties

also help the students in every manner for studying medical studies. All the pre-medical courses

of the universities are conducted in different languages for the convenience of students i.e. in

English as well as in Russian.

During the first semester in the Uzhhorod National Medical University, the faculties provide

basic knowledge about Communication Skills, General Biology, Inorganic Chemistry, and

Medical Terminology. In the Second half the faculties provide basics of General Biology,

Introduction to Anatomy and Physiology, Introduction to Cytophysiology and Microscopic

Anatomy. The pre-medical courses can help student to enhance their skills in making scientific

notes, mastering medical terminology, understanding and writing medical ethics conducted in

University Classrooms. It also helps the students to decide whether to move their future further

in the medical stream.

Pre-medical studies are not a major course but it prepares students to enter medical school and ready

them for careers as doctors or surgeons, but as a student is good in science and mathematics. So it is

recommended for students to pursue pre medical school after completing their bachelor's degree.

Students can do major in any medical stream or field after completing pre-medical requirements;

however, the students must complete education of science and mathematics courses with the high

grades in order to gain admissions into their desired medical courses.

Pre-medical studies involve various activities that prepare the students for medical professionalism,

such as pre-med coursework, volunteer activities, clinical experience, research, and the application

process. Some pre-medical programs provides broad preparation which are known as “pre-

professional” and goes on preparing the students for their admission into a variety of professional

course or graduate school programs that require similar requirements (such as medical, pharmacy

schools).
