• By the end of this workshop each participant will
• understand what a dream board is and how they work
• create a visual road map or dream board as a daily reminder that goals can be achieved
• select two goals and four action plans to help achieve those goals

of course. savvy sister will explore body image, dressing to impress and a mini makeover
by the end of this workshop each participant will
understand how looking good on the outside can help them feel great on the inside
become familiar with body shapes, colour, hairstyle and apply makeup to
learn how to dress for any occasion

•Work It explores the world of the job seeker and showcases successful young kiwi women who have made it.

• know how to create a quality resume and covering letter
• learn how to make a positive impression and answer the curly questions in mock job interviews
• Understand how smart conversation can open career doors

MISSY MUSIC explores the impact of music on self esteem and relationships [toxic and sweet] through the music of artists like Rihanna, Beyonce, India Arie and Alicia Keys
By the end of the workshop each participant will:become familiar with the music and lyrics of two modern song writers
understand how music can shape attitudes, emotions and actions
create a short rap or song using their own lyricsbe aware of mixed messages in music media
