Mathew – “I like the fact that on the front cover there is information on all the bands that are included in the magazine. The contents does its job, but I would make it more interesting with another colour, as the images aren’t to colourful either. The double page spread is the best part, as it is an interview with an artist which is what I enjoy reading the most, and the image looks like a pop punk artist”.

Jack – “The title of the magazine fits the genre as it is a word which relates to pop punk music. I also like the use of the red colours as it makes certain pieces of text stand out. However, on the contents page I would take out certain pieces of text and replace them with further images as it is a bit boring. I like the article on the double page spread as there are not many female artists in the pop punk genre”.

Ellen – “The contents page looks very professional with the use of exclusive features if the reader subscribes, which is what I do with the Pop Punk magazine that I read. I would probably change the image on the front cover as it doesn’t represent the genre as much as it could as it looks more indie than pop punk, but otherwise looks great”.
