B.    Emotional - To qualify for Business Analyst position, one must work well with internal and external clientele, aptitude towards handling and meet timelines; skills to lead requirement-gathering sessions through facilitations; and a strong  intent to details.

C.    Physical - A BA not only gather the requirements, document it in the prescribed format, working knowledge of UML diagrams concerned to BA, Effective presentation and Communication skills to work different stakeholders, proficient in multi-tasking skills and possess an ability to balance multiple priorities to the project  and scope changes in good shape.
