Why witches have cats?

There was a witch and her mouse who used to live in a very old house. Now I suppose the witch was supposed to have a cat, but this witch wasn’t a bit like that.

The witch and her mouse used to fly on her broom, dashing and

Swooping in front of the moon, going ZOOM, ZOOM,ZOOM. The

Witch and her mouse how they would shout frightening all living things that happened about.

Zoom zoom zoom

aaaah

Then one day when the witch was away, cleaning her broom

For the very next moon.

Along came a cat,as big as can be.

He ate poor mouse, he swallowed him down.

Back came the witch, going click click click ,from cleaning her stick…..

Oh horror oh no, she saw cat not her mouse sat on the doorstep of her very old house. Dont worry said cat don’t you fret…. I will be your very best pet.

And so it became the tradition we know, a cat not a mouse on the

back of the broom , flying up high dashing and swooping in front of the

Moon going ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM.
