Writing
Writing consists in making your simultaneous thoughts into a network of ideas which are logically and linguistically connected (coherence and cohesion) according to your communicative aim.
A written text is made up of several factors
Communicative aimThe reason why you write:(inform, convince, describe, narrate…)
Text genre: (essay, dialogue, diary,
letter,etc.)
Receiver:(teacher, friend, director..)
Topic:subject,contents, Ideas you want to develop
Style:
Word choice (lexis, register,
tone)

Text organization = coherence and unity(paragraphs, topics,sections, parts)

Cluster. Draw the initial topic at the centre of a concept map, then write your ideas around it as soon as they com einto your mind.
The ideas have to be connected by association, according to their affinity.
