To support student successMonitoring and tracking performance● We use aspirational targets set by the Senior Team,
along National Benchmarks such as ALPS● We use focussed tutorial sessions to mentor and
ensure students are on track● We use 1:1 Progress mentoring with specialist staff
for students wishing to go into medicine or wishing to apply for Oxford, Cambridge or others in the Russell Group

about attainment grades and attitude to learning.
