Condition and Terms

A. The upper quotation doesn't contain the Land delivery cost,shipping freight and installation cost.

B. Installation:We only send the technician to guide installation. The buyer should pay the round trip air tickets of our technicians, lodging and food, medical treatment, insurance in customer’s country. In addition, you also need to pay technicians/expert’s allowance 70.00 US Dollars per day per person. Necessary crane, hoists, tools, other materials, production raw materials and test facilities related with installation and debugging should be supplied by the Buyer. As regards the responsibilities of Seller and Buyer in installation, we will sign the contract.C. Guarantee:(1) The Sellers guarantee that the Commodity hereof is made of the best materials with first class workmanship, brand new and unused, and complies in all respects with the quality and specification stipulated in this Contract. (2) The guarantee period shall be 13 months counting from the date of the goods on board, except wear parts.(3) In the normal course of operation and maintenance if there is breakdown and damage, during the Guarantee period (13 months) the repair parts should be supplied by the Seller for free, except wear parts, and the freight cost will be paid by the Seller.(4) The above mentioned warranty does not expand to any details of the Goods which fails because of negligence, improper usage& operation of the Goods by the Buyer .D.The quotation includes the price of electric motor. We run three Phase 380V 50HZ. The buyers also can match it by themselves.



E. The line is suitable for material with moisture content below 25%, and wood chips size smaller than 450mm.
