What is franchising?

Franchise or also called "Licensing System" is not a business in itself, but a way of doing business. It is essentially a marketing concept - an innovative method of distributing goods and services, according to which a company which has achieved commercial success in a specific business area, transmitted to another independent entrepreneur all his expertise and experience of the original business , in return for an initial fee plus a percentage of monthly royalties, thus allowing double the business concept, including the use of its trade marks, distinctive symbols. Achieving this way minimize business risk.
