San Vicente de Paúl College consist of a group of buildings located at Bolívar Street in Santurce. These buildings have been served from a 100 KVA /7.62 kV, one phase transformer. Since the capacity of the transformer was not enough to serve the existing and future load, they requested our services to the design a primary three phase substation. H2O also designed the platform to locate the transformer.
