Design is so crucial to any business model. Understanding the business, the client and his customer to reflect it in the Design ethos is good design. The project was a refurbishment of an existing restaurant. The key to design was understanding that the restaurant's food was so unique that it always left memories. The design needed to replicate the food 'experience'. From the the taste buds to the visual treat.
