WHY I CHOSE THIS FILM?

● I chose this film and this scene, because I felt the opening of the door and walking to their seats was the most important part of the film.

● This is because the audience is introduced to the main characters and the shot reverse camera shots suggests to the viewer there will be a relationship between Bella and Edward.

CAMERA SHOTS AND EDITING

● Close up of Bella, establishing her watching the door, this prepares the audience for the introduction of the characters.

● Mid shot of Jessica and Cullen's opening the door and walking past.

● Establishing shots of each of the Cullen Couple, to introduce the audience to the characters.

● Close up of Edward as he walks in establishing his “beauty” and introducing the audience to the main character.

● Long shot of the Cullen's sat down together, this suggests their outcasts, and stick together.
