A break in the truss system on every 3rd level minimizes the load transfer on the wall during wind and earthquake. Up to 67% of the load Is absorbed by the wall, thus relieving the columns and beams of stresses.

The jambs, electrical and plumbing are embedded on the wall during casting unlike in CHB where the wall is chip off to provide electrical and plumbing lines.. No need for heavy equipment like cranes which makes construction convenient and economical.
