ABOUT

• The” Youth Unit of Artists” - an independent group working at the Odessa municipal gallery, stimulates the development of the contemporary art in Ukraine, invites well known persons for workshops, lectures, master classes, trainings in less known fields of art and culture. It creates environment for public dialogue between various communities through presentation of various social topics.

The activity of the team is coordinated by the independent expert Nataliya Volchenko, artist Nadiia Fomichova and cultural manager Ianina Ginkinova who are both cultural policy researchers as well

Current projects:"Odessa Cultural Menu» - the implementation of cultural mapping. Odessa is a pioneer in using the Canadian cultural mapping experience in Ukraine. “Touch” – international creative residences at the art gallery for youth Together with the Plessiana Cultural Foundation (Poland)
