SIA "VEGA 1" offers economic and technological wastewater treatment plant design, construction, SCADA and service maintenance.

SIA “ VEGA 1” manufactures, assembles and installs SBR type wastewater treatment plants with own SCADA system for:• hotels and guesthouses;• villages and towns;• Industries;• sites with with a large imbalance of wastewater flow and pollution.

Wastewater biological treatment is the most effective and optimal way of wastewater treatment. One of the most efficient technologies in this field, at the moment, is SBR (sequencing batch reactor). Unlike traditional treatment methods where wastewater flows through several, different meaning tanks, in sequencing batch reactor all wastewater treatment processes take place in a single tank. Such reactors are effective in wastewater treatment for a single private houses, villages and towns. Depending on the volume of wastewater flow, SBR wastewater treatment plant may consist of a different number of tanks and configurations. It should be noted that it is able to use existing tanks for an SBR processes. In the very simple way SBR plant consists of a wastewater buffer tank and the reactor.

Operating principles of SBR

1. Reactor is ready for use. Approximately 40% of the volume is filled with activated sludge. Wastewater is pumped from the buffer tank to the rector. After filling the reactor, with repeated, short term effective aeration sludge is mixed with wastewater. Wastewater treatment process (denitrification) under anaerobic (oxygen-free) conditions is taking place.

2. Periodic and long aeration is taking place. Wastewater treatment is running under aerobic (oxygen-saturated) conditions (nitrification).

3. Aeration is stopped and the settling process takes place

4. In this step decanting of the treated wastewater and removing of the excess sludge is taking place.
