• The PWRA, in coordination with the Sangguinang Panglalawigan, shall prepare and develop the Water Resource Management Plan or the Water Code of Cebu
Provincial Water Resources Authority (PWRA)
• Coordinates with other government and non government agencies in the implementation of water management policies in the Province The Province is actively participating in DENR-EMB’s flagship, the identification of Water Quality Management Area (WQMA) and formulation of plans to effectively enforce the Clean Water Act through focused interventions or actions that are designed to address specific water quality issues of the areas
