Environmental:-
• Land, Building, Material, Machines are all environmental factors.
• Safety personal are responsible for the safety. • No Machine guard, Increased noise more than
90Db, Increased heat causing heat distress are the factors responsible for the accidents & Injuries.
Human:-1) Physical:-
a) If the person is color blind cannot see colored signs or red emergency switch of the machine
b) If the person is deaf cannot hear the siren or horn etc.2) Physiological:-
a) Sex:- More accidents by Malesb) Age:- More accidents at the beginning of the service (Fresher)c) Experience:- More the experience lesser are the accidentsd) Timing of the shift:- More Accidents at the change of shift e) Night Shift:- More Accidents
