Oyster farming has been a life long interest. I first started working for a local oyster identity in ‘79 and kept being drawn back to the industry, leading me to start my own business. I find growing my own product very rewarding.

I specialise in wild caught Sydney Rock Oysters, growing them naturally in the pristine waters of Merimbula Lake from Spat (baby oysters) to a market ready product. Having a consistent supply of oysters means I can choose only the highest quality to on-grow for sale.

Wild Rock Oysters may not be a big operation, but it’s amazing what can be achieved with the help of family and friends. My son and I also make time to take people fishing on our charter boat ‘Head Hunter’. We just love showing people what our local environment has to offer.
