The property is zoned SF-B and islocated on the north side of NormandyAve., between Greely St. and Imlay St.

POLICY ANALYSIS

The 1,150 square foot home was builtin 1949 and the 360 square footdetached garage was constructed in1982, according to the Bexar CountyAppraisal District.

ARB RECOMMENDATION

On January 19, 2016 the ARB reviewedthe request, found no significance inthe existing structure, and approvedthe demolition request.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION Postcards were mailed to property owners

within a 200-foot radius of the property,appropriate notice was posted on the Citywebsite and a sign was posted on theproperty
