#hackingforsustainability first edition (14th Jan 2016)

On January 14th 2016 6 participants presented their app proposals for the app-competition #hackingforsustainability. The participants worked with open data provided by the Dutch Ministery of Infrastructure and Environment. This is what they came up with ….

OV‑FietsUItje is een app waarmee mensen

een station kunnen uitzoeken om vanuit

Shared second prize: Van Zwart naar Groenhttp://www.vanzwartnaargroen.nl is een

tool waarmee de gebruiker een overzicht

krijgt van de Nederlandse

energieproductie. Bezoekers kunnen

energiecentrales met niet‑hernieuwbare

brandstof deactiveren en de resultaten

aan CO2 uitstoot te zien.

http://www.vanzwartnaargroen.nl is a

tool that allows the user gets an

overview of the Dutch energy. Visitors

can disable power with non-renewable

fuels and to see the results of CO2

emissions.

Shared 4th prize: Boer en Waarneming

Boer & Bunder is een applicatie die open data visualiseert op perceelsniveau. De app toont voor alle 1,9 miljoen hectare landbouwgrond in Nederland een aantal open datasets. Voor de app competitie werd een concept ingediend om Boer en Bunder te combineren met Waarneming.nl en dit te integreren binnen de Boer en Bunder website.

Boer & Bunder is an application that visualizes data open at parcel level. The appshows all 1.9 million hectares of farmland a number of open data sets in the Netherlands. For the app league concept was presented to combine Boer and Bunderwith Waarneming.nl and integrate it within the Boer and Bunder site.
