Some Useful TechniquesSome Useful Techniques

• Goal Setting: know what you want, by when you want it and how you’ll be able to tell you’ve achieved it

• Affirmation: a positive, results-oriented statement spoken to yourself in the first person. It is stated as if the result you desire is already achieved.

• Visualization: vivid mental picture of you IN your affirmation.
