A 33 year-old man presented with cough.

Respiratory funtion was slighty restrictive.

Slight increase of erythrocyte sedimentation role and leukocytosis.

CASE 1

A 46 year-old man, asymthomatic, that presented leukocytosis and tuberculin skin test positive.

CASE 2

CASE 3

A 45 year-old woman, with 3 months history of nocturnal cough.

Routine hematologic studies were normal.

• Patient 2: 380.000 cells/ml.
