An experienced professional, Ashu Bhandari has led his namesake consulting firm since 2011. Ashu Bhandari does not charge for his consulting firm’s services, and has helped a number of clients during periods of construction and business planning, including Insight Psychological Services (IPS), LLC.

Led by Dr. Lori Thompson, Insight Psychological Services, LLC, provides high-quality mental health care to its community, including group therapy programs and medication management, among other services. With a staff of experienced psychiatrists and counselors, IPS offers providers who have worked in every area of the mental health industry.

Introduction

Insight Psychological Services offers group therapy for both children and adults. Divided by age ranges, the children’s groups teach life and social skills that are important to mental health later in life. To help children’s peer relationships and self esteem, IPS divides the groups further to focus on issues that relate particularly to boys and girls. Adult groups, depending on the issue at hand, may be ongoing or defined in their duration. For example, the six-week sleep disturbance course focuses on improving the length and quality of a person’s sleep using cognitive behavioral therapy. Other adult groups include parenting skills, emotional eating, and a women’s stress management group.
