Here Is How To Do The Paleo Diet

A.) Stage One – For the first 2 weeks, in the morning drink a large sized glass of water.

During the day, eat unsalted nuts and fresh fruits.

For dinner, have a big meal - eat whatever you like; it could be pizza, French fries,

hamburger etc.

B.) Stage Two – The next 6 weeks, drink a large sized glass of water every morning.

During the day, eat nothing while drinking 8 – 10 glasses of water to help detoxifying

your body.

nuts and eggs.

C.) Stage Three – At this stage, keep drinking water every morning and feasting in the evening.
