Today we live like hamsters on a hamster wheel.
We are subject to many different demands.
It will help if we get back to basics.
Find time for intimacy.
Make time for family.
Do something spiritual every week such as connecting to nature, listening to music, yoga or meditation.
Engage in creative pursuits.
Keep moving.
Have fun, laugh.
Be mindful – stop and smell the roses.
