Ambulance Maintenance course for Technicians

Description• This course provides articulate

information and practical knowledge on working in emergency situations

• The course aims at equipping individuals with necessary skills to handle everyday work scenarios for an ambulance technician

• The attendees will be equipped with the knowledge on the legal aspects of all ambulance maintenance, servicing, repairs as well as the communication roles and responsibilities

• The training methodology combines presentations, practical activities and demonstrations

• The attendees will be assessed through a written test administered after training and a certificate issued

• The training duration is three weeks

• Describe the minimum requirements to service an ambulance  • List the legal aspects associated with servicing of ambulances  • Describe the communication channels available to an ambulance operation manual.  • Define basic ambulance technical systems.  • List and describe the equipment in an ambulance  • Carry out routine inspection and basic repairs for the ambulance
