Treating StressStress is a feeling of strain and

pressure. Positive stress helps improve motivation, and Excessive amounts of stress, may lead to bodily harm.

Here’s a way to cope up.

Your body needs to be healthy, strong, happy and properly fuelled to help you tackle stress.

Water has been shown to relieve stress. That's because a dehydrated body creates cortisol, a stress hormone.

1. Eat properly

2. Regular exercise Set up a fitness program, 3–4 times a week

Try to raise your heartbeat to 120-180 beats per minute for about 30 minutes per day.

Such as Swimming, hiking, and biking have been shown to reduce stress as well.

If someone is stressed it is extremely important for them to get enough sleep so that they can think clearly.
