Hourly basis back-up plan.• We have created a script for AWS Instances,

which takes the complete hard drive’s

snapshot on an hourly basis for all the

clients’ running servers. In case anything

goes wrong, we can restore the latest

backup to the failure instance.

24/7 server monitoring guaranteeing 99.99% availability• We use Cloud Watch and Nagios Core for

monitoring resources and applications

deployed for your server. It provides us with

visibility into resource utilization,

operational performance, and overall

demand patterns—including metrics such

as CPU utilization, disk reads and writes,

and network traffic. If we see your hard disc

or CPU utilization is excessive, we can scale

up the server in real time immediately.

HIPAA complaint server with SSL and PCI scans performed every day.• Our network controllers scan each server

and monitor for compliance with SSL

distribute the load across multiple machines

or 'nodes'. The aim of this technique is to

remove single points of failure and increase

website availability and uptime. It is typical

that web clusters will utilize multiple

backend and frontend nodes.
